Beach Wedding Weekend

Beach Wedding

A few weeks ago I wrote about attending a bachelorette party in New York City. Finally it was the big day and I went to Florida to celebrate the marriage of one of my best friends! This was no ordinary wedding but a Beach Wedding Weekend! The activities for the Beach Wedding Weekend were right up my alley.

One of the hottest Hawaii Activities is Stand Up Paddling. Obviously Hawaii is not the only place to offer Stand Up Paddle Boards and we had fun as we paddled around the Gulf. Stand Up Paddling required some concentration and balance but once you get the hang of it this sport is a great way to enjoy the water.

Another activity we were able to participate in was Ocean Kayaking. I enjoyed Kayaking in Kauai to Secret Falls and was happy to have the opportunity to kayak in the beautiful Gulf.

One of the best things about Fishing in Hawaii is that you have the potential to catch huge fish just minutes after leaving the Harbor. Grander Alley is minutes away from Kona’s Honokohau Harbor and the home of some of the best fishing in the world. For the Beach Wedding Weekend the wedding party climbed aboard a boat in Destin, Florida and took a one hour boat ride to our deep sea fishing locations. We had a blast and caught enough fish to feed all of the guests that night!

There is no location quite like the beach for a beautiful wedding. This one was no exception. The stunning backdrop was perfect as we watched the gorgeous bride and groom exchange rings.

One of the keys of making this Beach Wedding weekend so enjoyable was having such a great group of people to celebrate with. We saw old friends and made new ones. Cheers to Allison and Craig! Best wishes for a blessed marriage! Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of this perfect Beach Wedding Weekend.
