Spring Forward Fall Back! It is that time of year again, UNLESS you are in Hawaii! Hawaii is one of the two states that does not participate in daylight savings time. (Arizona is the other state that does not participate in daylight savings time.)
Daylight Savings Time usually starts on the second Sunday of March and ends on the first Sunday of November. In Hawaii there is not much change in the time between sunset and sunrise throughout the year. There is not much more daylight in June than there is daylight in December. Therefore Hawaii does not observe Daylight Savings Time.
So if you are in Hawaii for the Daylight Savings Time change tonight you almost get a “bonus” hour while the rest of the states are springing ahead! What should you do with your extra time? More Hawaii Activities of course! Take advantage of the beautiful sunsets in Hawaii with Hawaii Sunset Sailing! You will experience stunning sunsets from the water with Hawaii Dinner Cruises! Check out the Oahu Activities, Kauai Activities, Maui Activities and Big Island Activities offered by Hawaii Discount.
