If you have spent any time on Maui there is a good chance you have fallen in love with the historic whaling village of Lahaina. Lahaina is home to an iconic 140 year old banyan tree, Ulalena at the Maui Theatre, a variety of shops, the best Hawaii Shave Ice, and great Maui restaurants.
After exploring Lahaina we made our way to Lahaina Prime Rib & Fish Company on Front Street for dinner. Not only does Lahaina Prime Rib & Fish Company have delicious food but it also offers great ocean views. This is one of the great Maui Restaurants to sit back and take in the Maui Sunset.
We spent the day on the Pacific Whale Foundation Snorkeling Cruise so we were hungry! We started out with an assortment of appetizers including Coconut Lobster Skewers and Fresh Island Sashimi.
The signature dish at Lahaina Prime Rib & Fish Company is the Seafood Lau Lau. It includes a medley of fresh Mahi Mahi, Scallops and Black Tiger Shrimp sautéed in a tasty garlic sherry oyster sauce and spinach. Of course they had me at “signature dish” so this is what I ordered. It was delicious!
“Our goal is to purchase and serve fresh, natural, and organic products. We avoid items chemically treated with pesticides, hormones, or antibiotics. Our fish is line caught whenever possible. We embrace sustainable and seasonable harvesting, green practices, and fun easy living.” – Lahaina Prime Rib and Fish Company
When exploring Lahaina be sure to take a break and check out Lahaina Prime Rib and Fish Company. It is one of my favorite Maui Restaurants! The views and the delicious food will make this one of your most memorable meals on Maui!
